You laugh....but my daughter would love that. She has always wanted a pink truck...

She is not a tomboy at all. She is very feminine, but with a sporty and adventurous side, as she likes to say.

There is one very similar here in the west part of Denver. The license plate is 'pnkprnces' or something like that.

I've joked that the H2 is for chics anyway. A real man would have an H1.

Or, if your like me, you accidently have some colored t-shirts or something with color in it and wash them with car towels, rags, blue jeans and add a Shot of bleach and wind up with pink, brown, green or orange clothes that once were red, blue or black.

Long time reader. First time poster. I've read lots of thread on here with much ado about superiority of American cars/trucks versus Japanese cars/trucks and vice versa. There's a lot I could say on the subject, but that pink beast pretty much says it all. They may exist, but I haven't seen a pink Tundra yet.

Ric, if you are getting a hummer for "around your parts" your choices are the H2 & H3.....8p

They don't make the H1 civilian anymore......

w4t, they still make the H1, it's called the H1 Alpha, but they still make it.

My mistake w4t, I read the article you sent me, looks like the civi Hummer is dead, I think there are still some floating around out there, but I think that production is done, or soon to be done. And the Humvee for the military is of course still available, I think those are still made by AM General up in Indiana aren't they?

I see alot of guys around here driving H2's. Mostly girls drive the H3's though. My ex-girlfriend had one, it was a nice car, it just lacked power with only a 3.7L. It was fully loaded though with Navigation, leather, nice stereo and drove pretty nice. I would have gotten a new tahoe though, for the price she paid.

Yup, still built in Indiana USA.....;)
And production is up because of the war(s) just no more civilians as I previously mentioned, they only sold 400+/- last year, and Id guess MANY of them were in CA, FL, and IL.... I've seen a few as rentals in FL.
At $100+K each... $40,000,000 in sales.
For those still looking for one, I do believe Avanti will still build it for you.:D
