i can get a pair of 87 and 90 kawi 550s on a trailer for about 1100 bucks with a box of extra parts. they have both been repainted and look a little silly but for that kind of money should i just pull the trigger?

man, the 550's are really nice ... I like them a lot better than the 650 hull ... pull the trigger ... especially with the trailer included. we have two 650 stand ups and a 550 stand up, the 550 is a lot more fun:)

Let me know and I'll set you up w/ him, also if you do buy them - maybe you can sell the trailer and get a lift for them instead

Does anybody know of the smallest cheapest lightest single place stand-up jetski trailer a guy can buy? I'd like to get something small enough I can tow it behind my saturn. Any price predictions?

Thanks,

"thread Jack over" (again I apologize)

Not to throw a damper on your deal but a Skidoo shop owner told me once "when you buy a used jet ski your buying some one elses problem". Just passin along somethin that someone told me. And besides that all the jet skis I see and hear on the lake have one speed. WFO!!!

The 550's run like a raped ape, even if they are bone stock. I haven't spent much time on a 650 but alot of people I know that do ride stand ups prefer the 550 for some reason.

you are right, i have had 550 jetskis and they are a pain in the **s, and in most of times thos jetskis were modified and that make things worst.
