Corporate Environmental, Health & Safety Policy

MasterCraft is dedicated to achieving excellence in environmental, health and safety (EHS) protection, prevention, and regulatory compliance.


The core fundamentals for achieving our commitment include the following:

  • Execution of methods and practices to maintain a clean, safe, and healthful workplace.
  • Compliance to statutory, regulatory, and industry requirements.
  • Continuous improvement of the EHS Management System.

Conflict Minerals Policy

MasterCraft, recognizes that risks of significant adverse impacts may be associated with extracting, trading, handling and exporting minerals from conflict affected and high risk areas. Acknowledging that we have a responsibility to respect human rights and not contribute to the conflict, MasterCraft has adopted a policy directed at eliminating the use of Conflict Minerals (Tantalum, Tin, Tungsten & Gold) that originate from mines controlled by non-government military groups in the Democratic Republic of Congo, or adjoining countries, who contribute to human rights abuses, including human trafficking, inhumane treatment, forced labor, child labor, war crimes or crimes against humanity.

In support of this policy:

  • MasterCraft will annually survey its suppliers to determine their compliance with the Dodd-Frank Rule 13p-1. otherwise known as the "Conflict Minerals Rule" using accepted due diligence reporting processes
  • MasterCraft expects all of its suppliers to comply with the Dodd-Frank Rule 13p-1 and provide all required declarations
  • MasterCraft suppliers are expected to pass this requirement on to their supply chains and request their compliance with the Dodd-Frank 13p-1
  • MasterCraft will endeavor to identify suppliers who do not properly assess the sources of Conflict Minerals in their supply chains and will take appropriate corrective actions, which may include discontinuation of business
  • Suppliers non-compliance with this policy will be a factor influencing future sourcing decisions
While MasterCraft does not ban the purchase of Conflict Minerals from the conflict region, it desires to sources materials from socially responsible suppliers.
