We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Brad Nelson as MasterCraft’s new Chief Executive Officer. Brad is a proven executive with more than 30 years of operating and manufacturing experience and a track record of driving growth and value creation. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and President, Commercial Segment of Oshkosh Corporation, where he led the strategic transformation of the segment, achieving all-time highs in revenue, profitability, backlog, safety, and employee engagement. As we usher in MasterCraft’s next phase of growth, we’re confident that Brad is the right person to lead MasterCraft into the future.

Brad will officially join us on March 18, 2024, succeeding Fred Brightbill, who will be retiring from his role as CEO on March 18, 2024, and as Chairman and a member of the MasterCraft Board of Directors on June 30, 2024. Fred has been instrumental to our growth and success, and we wish him the best upon his retirement.
