Tribute to Carl Whiteley

MasterCraft pays tribute to Carl Whiteley and his wife Kathryn who both died tragically on September 4th when their light aircraft crashed on approach to Jersey Airport, an Island off the coast of France in the English Channel.

Carl was a larger than life character who always made the most of every opportunity, a dedicated family man who encouraged and supported his children through competitive waterskiing, Wakeboarding and indeed all aspects of their life.

I had many occasions to spend time with Carl, as a MasterCraft customer and also through his involvement and support of the European Wakeboard Tour and many other MasterCraft events over a 20+ year period.

Carl and Kathryn will be sadly missed by all who came into contact with them, our thoughts and wishes go out to their family and especially to their two daughters Gillian and Sarah.
