With athletes from 24 Countries now on site for this weekend’s 39th Waterski & Wakeboard World Cup Stop in Mandurah, Western Australia, media arrangements are more extensive than ever.
The International Waterski & Wakeboard Federation (IWWF) will bring the excitement of both Wakeboard and Waterski Jump to the widest possible audience in its efforts to expand its fan base and help promote the outstanding facilities at Mandurah, the home of Australia’s biggest Action Sports Games. With hashtags #MandurahWorldCup and #ActionSportsGames, updates will be issued throughout the weekend using a wide range of channels described below.
In addition to Wakeboard and Waterski Jump on the pristine waters of Western Australia, there will also be BMX, Skateboard and Scooter in the Skatepark and Halfpipe arenas. IWWF World Wakeboard Champions Harley Clifford (AUS) and Raimi Merritt (USA), together with World Waterski Jump Champions Freddy Krueger (USA) and Jacinta Carroll (AUS), will be joined on land by BMX super star Dylan Schmidt (AUS) and World Number 2 Scooter Rider Dylan Morrison (AUS). It looks like being an enormous AUS v USA spectacle!
