MasterCraft Adds to its Trophy Case

MasterCraft Boat Company wraps ups another successful season adding three more pieces of hardware to its trophy case. The accolades are for break-through product, exceptional marketing and most recently, world-class customer service.

In May, MasterCraft launched its newest version of the flagship wakeboard boat, the XStar. After only 30 days on the water, the new XStar instantly sealed its place in the history books by pulling seven wake to wake tricks that had never been landed before. As a result, the XStar was awarded the Wakeworld Rider's Choice Award for Boat of the Year.

At the annual Wake Awards, MasterCraft received its award for Ad Campaign of the Year. The 2012 campaign was spear headed and executed by Nemo Design out of Portland, Oregon who represents such prestigious brands as Nike, Specialized, Salomon Snowboards, Smith Optics, Bell Helmets and many more. In addition, one of MasterCraft's top athletes, Harley Clifford, won Trick of the Year at the Wake Awards for a trick he landed behind the new XStar.

And most recently, MasterCraft was presented with the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) award. This award recognizes MasterCraft's excellence in customer satisfaction in the Inboard Watersports Boat category. The Marine Industry CSI Awards program honors participating manufacturers that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the customer. MasterCraft accomplished and maintained an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat during the period between April 1, 2011 and March 31, 2012.
