newbie with a lot of questions I just got a '05 X-2 this year and I love it. An '03 or '04 might be in that price range. It is a very versatile boat - great for both the skiing and wakeboarding. Another thing to consider is the length (if you can get a trailer with a swing-away tongue and take off the swimstep you might even be able to store it in the garage and save $100/month ($1200/yr) - some people forget to put that in their budget. by viking91 20

Winterizing procedures It's actually pretty well described in the 2005 owner's manual, with the exception that it says nothing about showers or heaters - don't forget those if you have them.
