MasterCraft Athletes Podium
September 16, 2007

In front of a roaring crowd and the MasterCraft family, athletes Marcus Brown, Mandy Nightingale and Karen Truelove won respective titles last night under the lights on Lake Buena Vista in DownTown Disney. Marcus Brown won his first career U.S. Open men's slalom title by defeating Thomas Moore in a thrilling runoff for the championship. After both skiers tied with scores of 2 buoys at 39-1/2 feet off, Marcus then came off the dock with determination and posted a score of 1 buoy at 41 feet off to beat Thomas' 2 buoys at 39-1/2 feet off to take the Crown Title Belt.

Karen Truelove won her third career U.S. Open women's slalom title by running 3 buoys at 38 feet off, while the legendary skier April Coble-Eller and Australia's Emma Sheers tied for second in the finals with scores of 2 buoys at 38 feet off.

Mandy Nightingale once again had a magnificent routine to win her fourth consecutive U.S. Open women's tricks title, tallying 7,580 points.

Congratulations!
